Rossi joined NBT Bank in 2017 and brings three decades of experience in marketing and advertising. Prior to joining the bank, she owned an advertising agency and held a Director of Marketing role within the financial services industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management.
