Churchman joins the firm from Shoosmiths, where he served as a partner in the M&A and Private Equity team. He brings more than 15 years of experience advising UK, U.S. and European sponsors on domestic and cross-border investment and transaction matters.

His practice focuses on mid-market private equity buyouts, bolt-on acquisitions and portfolio company matters. His sector experience includes enterprise software, technology, media and telecommunications, as well as energy and infrastructure.
