The platform aims to integrate technology to identify portfolio risks, enhance transparency, and improve investment performance.

The division will be led by Kevin Raymond, Partner and CLO Portfolio Manager. Raymond previously served as Co-Portfolio Manager of CLOs and Leveraged Loans at Vibrant Capital Partners, where he managed more than $5 billion in CLO assets and oversaw new CLO issuances. He also held positions at Guggenheim Partners as a Senior Credit Analyst and earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bowdoin College.

“Aquarian’s disciplined, fundamentals-first approach to credit sets us apart. By combining deep credit experience with a sophisticated grasp of the CLO structure, we’re able to deliver performance that’s both resilient and optimized,” said Raymond.

Founded in 2017, Aquarian Holdings manages approximately $25.6 billion in assets under management (AUM). Its investment platform includes Aquarian Strategic Opportunities, Aquarian Real Estate Partners, and Aquarian Private Credit.

“At Aquarian, we are guided by a long-term vision for building resilient strategies. Aquarian Liquid Credit is a natural extension of that vision, and under Kevin’s leadership, we are confident it will serve as a cornerstone for durable, investor-aligned portfolios,” said Rudy Sahay, Founder of Aquarian Holdings.

The establishment of Aquarian Liquid Credit follows the company’s recent launch of Aquarian Real Estate Partners, part of a broader strategy to expand its asset management capabilities.
