Bilt Card 2.0 is offered in three versions—Bilt Palladium, Bilt Obsidian, and Bilt Blue—and is issued by Column N.A., Member FDIC, with Cardless providing the digital card platform and capital support from Fidem Financial. The cards earn both Bilt Points and Bilt Cash, a rewards currency that can be used for housing-related rewards, dining, travel, and other credits within Bilt’s ecosystem.
“This is a win for renters. This is a win for homeowners. This is a win for Americans,” said Ankur Jain, Founder and CEO of Bilt. “Bilt Card 2.0 offers rewards on your rent, rewards on your mortgage and earns you the most valuable points in the market. We're not just launching three new cards, we're rewarding the way people actually live,” Jain said.
The cards are available to residents across its housing network of approximately 5.5 million homes nationwide and that cardholders may also opt in to free reporting of on-time rent payments to major credit bureaus. Existing Bilt cardholders can transition to one of the new cards without a hard credit inquiry.
Bilt Card 2.0 is now available, with mortgage payment rewards launching alongside the new card lineup. Additional details and card selection options are available at www.biltrewards.com/card.
