Exchange Bank Promotes Jamie Hidalgo to Senior Vice President of Risk Management

SANTA ROSA, Calif., August 6, 2025 (FINANCE INTERVIEWS) — Community banking company Exchange Bank has announced the promotion of Jamie Hidalgo to Senior Vice President of Risk Management.
Hidalgo joined the company in March 2021 as Vice President, Risk Management Officer. In her new role, she will lead the bank’s enterprise risk strategy, overseeing risk governance and compliance functions, according to the press release.
Hidalgo has more than two decades of experience in community banking, including prior roles as Head of Compliance and Compliance and BSA Officer at other institutions. Her areas of responsibility have included regulatory compliance, internal audit, fraud prevention, and third-party risk management.

Hidalgo holds certifications as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and is currently pursuing the Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP) designation from the American Bankers Association.
She also serves on the board and finance committee of United Cerebral Palsy and has volunteered with Mentor Me Petaluma. She is a graduate of the Leadership Petaluma program.
