LOS ANGELES, June 26, 2025 (FINANCE INTERVIEWS) — Private equity firm Altaline Capital Management, a company specializing in buyouts and growth investments across the technology, financial services, and business services sectors, has officially launched operations in Los Angeles.
Founded by former executives from TA Associates, H.I.G. Capital, and KKR, Altaline will target control-oriented partnerships with profitable lower middle-market businesses in the U.S. and Canada.
Altaline’s team includes seven professionals, with roughly half dedicated to hands-on operational support. In a recent press announcement, The firm stated that it plans to invest in founder-led or entrepreneurial companies undergoing inflection points such as expansion, AI integration, or operational scaling.
